IT'S YA BOI CASPER
This took some time to figure out. Lyrian was pretty straightforward - gentle and delicate creature, Togetic was a great fit. Casper, not so much. When I finally thought of Xatu's ability to see both the past and the future from different eyes, then I pieced this together. I should draw Xatu more in general.
